Products go through rigorous quality control to make sure they are exactly as described on the site and free of manufacturer defects. Retail Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on most products except sale products, purchased from olmiya.com up to 15 days after you receive your order. Items must be in original condition for return (unless found to be defective).
We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or improperly used.
To return or exchange an item please Customer Service. Please have your purchase information handy and if the product is damaged it is best to send us a photo as well.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Please use a tracking number when shipping to us. We can’t replace items lost in transit.
